I didn’t even know that Darryl provides a service of advice in the marketing of a property. I have used him before via my agent at the time, but now selling in a different area with not such a good agent, he came round and advised how I can help improve the marketing. Darryl photographed our property and produced the video which resulted in the sale of our property on its first day of listing. Having spent over a year looking for our new home, we had seen many property videos. The video Darryl produced for our property is one of the best we have seen and we have kept a copy as a wonderful reminder of the home we lived in for 25 years.
