As an ex Estate Agent business owner, I am able to easily identify the best photographic compositions that will truly showcase a space, that will assist in generating the desire to physically view the space.

I work closely in advising clients how to best showcase their spaces to maximise the quality of the photos & videos used in the promotion of their home or business.

I am known to go more than an extra mile when working to achieve the best photos &/or video possible & use many mastered creative techniques when editing photos & video productions to ensure maximum impact is achieved.

Having worked as an Estate Agent myself for many years, I am able to identify what are the most important key points required for businesses & particularly Estate Agents.

In the busy environment of a typical Estate Agent, you need to be able to schedule an appointment without the need of back & forth emails, therefore I provide an effortless direct diary booking system that is easily completed within just a couple of minutes. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking & then all further communication with your client/s is via myself.

I also guide your client in the preparation of their property, via a collection of emails, of which always receive excellent feedback in their helpfulness in presenting their property for the photo shoot.

Within 24-72hrs (90% within 24Hrs) you will receive your order via an email link to download the images & any other services ordered.

I therefore can provide your client with the opportunity to preview the photo collection & share it with their family & friends in its full high resolution beauty! This then provides a long term reminder with your company logo watermarked on the photo collection as to remind whomever is previewing the collection, which Agent was responsible for the photography.

Whether its about them & how long have they lived in their property, or the photos of their children hanging up on the wall. Talking to your client puts them at ease & makes the process shooting their home a far more enjoyable experience. They will be very nervous at this stage as they want their property photographed as best as it can be, so they want confirmation that they’re preparation doesn’t go unrecognised. So i always make a point of thanking the vendor for their hard work in preparing their home.


 

ENGAGEMENT BRINGS REWARDS FOR AGENT…..

Just a brief example of the importance of engaging with your client is a recent story, whereby i was shooting a probate bungalow & got chatting to the client & found out he was a developer (unknown to the Agent) & that he was halfway through the development of 9 apartments in a neighbouring town. I asked if he was committed to an Estate Agent, due to the land lead & i discovered he wasn’t. I then advised him that the Agent that had commissioned the shoot of his late mothers property, actually can cover that neighbouring area.

After agreeing that i can speak to the Agent regarding the small development of apartments, i informed the Agent and several months later they were instructed on a sole agency basis with an average sale price of £450,000 at 1.5%. Therefore simply because i engaged with the Agents client, they obtained commission totalling over £60,000 (SIXTY THOUSAND POUNDS)!
